Exercise

Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains phisical fitness and overall health. Exercises are generally grouped into three types including: flexibility exercises such as stretching, aerobic exercises such as running or swimming, something that focuses on cardiovascular training, and anaerobic excercises such as weight lifting.
Physical exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute positively to maintaining a healthy weight, building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility, promoting physiological well-being, reducing surgical risks, and strengthening the immune system.
Its important to take 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week to exercise.Regular exercise is a critical part of staying healthy and active people tend to live longer. Exercise improves your mood, combats chronic diseases, helps manage your weight, strengthens your heart and lungs, promotes better sleep, and even adds a little something back to your sex life.
